The ACCA is full oriented toward providing comprehensive healthcare to patients. At the ACCA every effort is made to create comfortable conditions for patients during their stay in the center. Along with western standards of medical services, the psychological well being of patients receives maximum attention. The ACCA members make every effort to insure every patient's comfort. A patient support group is created specifically to assist patients and their families to overcome traumatic situations. The staff at ACCA always explains in detail the characteristics of disease, the suggested methods of treatment, the expected results and the possible risks of the treatment to the patients.

Unstable patients with progressively worsening conditions always receive urgent medical care.

International cardio-health activities
The high quality of care and low rate of complication rate attracts patients referred to ACCA from abroad.
The department of international relations of ACCA was created to organize social services for patients who are not permanent residents of Armenia. The international relations department specializes in coordinating non-resident patients with all necessary support services. Furthermore, it assures non-resident patients` and their families` comfort during their treatment process. Services include distance consultation for the patient, and negotiation for arrival date (via telephone, e-mail, fax), as well as, reservation of rooms in a hotel, patient transportation from the airport, and nutrition, as needed. Specially trained aids provide individual care of patients, if needed.
