Taking into consideration modern international experience of treatment of Heart Failure Arrhythmology Cardiology Center of Armenia has offered the new program: "Home diagnostics and care of the patients with Heart Failure by nurses", since 2009.

The program assumes: care, supervision, diagnostics and treatment of the patients with HF. The service will be providing under the direct control of ACCA cardiologists.

The purpose of the program: to organize medical care for untransportable patients with HF in conformity to international experience.
Specially qualified nurse will help to improve medical care and life quality of patients with HF, which are monitored at home.
This program is aimed to provide special experience to patient and his/her family members, who cares for them.
The program assumes periodic visits to the patients.
